"Overall the apartment complex is clean, quiet and peaceful. The maintenance representative, Juan, came by as was very professional and efficient. He changed my light, reset the garbage disposal, found the loose wiring on the thermostat and changed the stovetop exhaust fan in under a half hour. Great service and courteous as well. He represented the maintenance crew well."
